Ever since I read this article I've been putting rose water on everything. It's especially good with strawberries.

ReplyDeleteFUNNY that I just cooked the poundcake and peach compote for Sunday brunch, and attempted the carrot salad for Saturday dinner (but it's still languishing in the fridge because there may or may not have been a bug chopped into the parsley and it sort of lost its appeal either way).

oh man i love rose water. there is a bill neal recipe for apple pie enriched with rose water, it is THE BEST
