Emmy is an excellent baker. She was making a pie the other night and I saw her employ this clever trick:
By folding the dough in quarters and then transferring it to the pie pan, she kept the dough from collapsing and falling apart while it was in transit. For step-by-step instructions on making a pie dough complete with lots of tips, click here.
